Oliver Green is a fast-growing healthy fast-casual restaurant concept with 4 locations in Amsterdam and Utrecht. From compact Express locations (takeaway & delivery) to spacious Cafés with full service and a growing catering division. In 2026 we're opening 2 more new locations. We're growing fast and building a team that grows with us.
Our menu consists of breakfast, salads, warm bowls and smoothies.
At Oliver Green we only use 'whole foods' and make everything in our own kitchen. We work every day with fresh ingredients that are prepared daily by our teams on location.
What you can expect at Oliver Green
Collaboration is easier when everyone is on the same page. You and your colleagues prepare everything to have a busy lunch, during which you prepare a healthy meal or smoothie in no time for our customers in the store or for customers who have ordered online.
